This mod is very self-indulgent because I am very Normal(tm) about Return of the Obra Dinn, the adventure/detective game by Lucas Pope. It turns the Old Mariner into one of all 60 Obra Dinn characters. You can imagine it as the spirits of these sailors from the 1800s are haunting the beach of Pelican Town...

If you have not played Obra Dinn for yourself yet, I HIGHLY recommend it; it's my favorite game of all time and holds a very, very special place in my heart.

Configuration
You can either have the Mariner randomized to a different character each day, or you can set it to be a specific person every time. I highly recommend using Generic Mod Config Menu to configure this mod.

If you want the characters to randomize, set the Randomization option to "true" (green checkmark in the box).

If you would like a specific character, turn Randomization to "false". Then set Manual Selection to the number of the character you want. You can check the Assets folder of the mod to see which character is which number (it is done this way to minimize spoilers, as knowing the identity of someone in Obra Dinn is a spoiler for the game's puzzles).
