will you be adding more of the fruit into seed maker saplings? or will there be some that will never be used in the seed maker? if so, could you make a list of those? i really do love this mod.
if you using Producer Framework Mod (PFM), you can turn every fruits and berries on this mod into seeds/sapling using seed maker (Except desert plants like Forest Coconut, Prickly Pear, Macapuno Coconut, Texas prickly-pear, Medjool Dates) there are 17 berries seeds, 8 crop seeds, and 49 trees sapling currently
if you don't use PFM, you can only turn berries from bush into seeds
i am replying to your reply but haven't figured out how to do it right, apparently.
there are several of these that i haven't found yet, but almost all that i have found 5 of, worked in the seedmaker just fine (except the desert ones you mentioned). HOWEVER, i have 5 bengal lychees that are not working and i do not see them in your list. i do see "Erdon Lee Lychee Sapling" that i have found none of, and i'm wondering if there is a mistake in the file somewhere?
edit: i found the bengal lychee in the addon file. most of which i have not found 5 of and haven't tested in the seedmaker. do the addon ALSO make seeds/saplings or is this only for the main file?
Ok, stay with me a minute If i delete the (FTM) & (PFM) folders (i'm keeping the BBM one) & install the optional Pierre shop file (& the vanilla-only one just cause i don't use SVE/RSV), i will still have the berries on the bushes during their season, i won't have the fruits & veggies as forage, but i will have their seeds & saplings at pierre's shop! Right?
I already have your mushroom forage mod & i would prefer to have this one's items as seeds & saplings only, especially when the Pierre's shop option is available.
Everything seems to work fine so far while testing
Only thing might need fixing is that there are some veggies are tagged as fruit, like for example the various peppers. As a result, their artisan goods are dried/wine & jelly (instead of pickles & juice), & i don't know about you, but Green Jalapenos Wine is the opposite of tempting for me
yeah you can remove FTM and FTM safely (FTM to spawn forage, PFM to turn fruit into saplings) you only need BBM to spawn berries on bush
that's also correct you can buy seeds and saplings from pierre if you install optional file

The botanical classification: Peppers are fruit. A botanical fruit would have at least one seed and grow from the flower of the plant. With this definition in mind, peppers are classified as fruit because they contain tiny seeds in the middle and grow from the flower of the pepper plant. Hey, i downloaded the mods but i dont know if i need to place them somewhere that is not "Mods" file, i installed all the necesary mods but if i place the main 2 ones on that file i smapi says that there is an error about too many copies of that file... I am pretty sure i done something right so if u could tell me what should i do when i install the 2 main mods i would be very pleasured. Ty for this mods and have a nice day :D

Iirc there are some mushrooms in your mushroom mod that are tagged as fruits too (Dead Man's Finger might be one of them, not sure).
No matter what, excellent job, & kudos for going the extra step to make an option for Pierre's shop
