New mixed seeds for the Raccoon Wife's Shop, they can grow all of the Vanilla crops & flowers !

This simple mod adds two new types of mixed seeds at the Raccoon Wife's Shop.
They can grow all of the Vanilla crops & flowers, with configurable weighting and requirements.
They will unlock after receiving the Raccoon Journal (2nd shop upgrade, configurable).
By default, for the Raccoon's Mixed Seeds, there's checks for year 2 and locations (i.e. a Garlic Seed will only be planted if you're in spring on year 2, or when indoors/at the island farm on year 2 for the other seasons; the Oasis seeds will only be planted if you've already visited the Desert; same thing for the Ginger Island crops).
For the Raccoon's Mixed Flower Seeds, the seasonal limitation has been removed for indoors areas (i.e. planting a Raccoon's Mixed Flower Seed in the Greenhouse in winter could yield a Poppy Seed).
You will have to trade Vanilla Mixed Seeds and Mixed Flower Seeds at the Raccoon's Wife Shop to obtain them. The cost is configurable.
v1.2.0 added very early/basic support for SVE, East Scrap & Cornucopia seeds and flowers, I'm open to feedback and suggestions.

This is compatible with Generic Mod Config Menu
Installation / Usage :
- Install the latest version of SMAPI
- Install the latest version of Content Patcher
- Install the latest version of Item Extensions Framework
- Extract the content of this downloaded mod zip file into your Mods folder.
- Launch the game using SMAPI
- Edit the config.json file or use GMCM to configure the mod at your leisure
