About this mod
Calcifer is a core mod consisting of commonly shared code across my various mods, as well as a place for features that I don't think justify their own mod release but may be used by my mods or by other modder's creations. This mod will not do anything on its own, it is simply a utility for other mods.

This mod has no effect on gameplay by itself. It provides more options to people using Content Patcher to create content mods, and as such may be a required dependency of any such mods. This mod is a work in progress and will receive updates as I add new features and rework existing ones.
Current feature set:
- Custom offset for items displayed on furniture (for use with non-standard furniture shapes/sizes)
- Custom actions when interacting with furniture (can run tile actions as well as trigger hooks). For example, this can be used to create custom catalogues, by defining a custom shop and then opening that shop when the furniture is interacted with. See HxW Fairy Garden Furniture's beautiful Fairy Garden Furniture Catalogue for an example!
- Custom item category names
- NPC swimming as part of their schedules (allows NPCs to be visually shown as swimming outside of events)
- More to come!
Installation (for Mod Users)
- Install the latest version of SMAPI.
- Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
Usage (for Mod Authors)
- Add this mod as a dependency to your manifest.json.
- Documentation to be added soon.
Documentation
Will be added when I find the time, energy and motivation. Not really needed unless you're planning on utilizing any of the features listed above, in which case you should reach out to me on discord (sophiesalacia).
Compatibility
- Works with Stardew Valley 1.6 on Windows. Linux/Mac have not been tested but should work. Will not work with any version before 1.6.0. Please report any issues you encounter.
- Works in single player and multiplayer.
