Autism spectrum Demetrius, written by someone actually on the autism spectrum.
While it's clear that Demetrius is supposed to be socially awkward, the man did manage to get married and father a child. He had to have learned some social skills over the years. This mod tweaks dialogue, festivals, and events to make Demetrius a little more realistic (and, incidentally, a little less of a jerk.)

This mod tweaks dialogue, festivals, and events to make Demetrius a little more realistic (and, incidentally, a little less of a jerk.)
Highlights:
- Updated to include 1.6 content edits (see optional files for the 1.5.6 version)
- Edited most dialogue related to the relationship between the farmer and Maru
- Reworked the tomato and bed events
- Added acknowledgement of Sebastian's existence!
Config options:
- Toggle on/off dialogue edits for Demetrius and/or Sebastian
- Toggle on/off changes for the Maru event, the bed event, and the tomato event
- All changes are applied by default; to turn any option off, use GMCM in-game or run the game with the mod installed to generate a config file in the mod folder and make changes there
Compatibility:
- Works with Canon Friendly Dialog Expansion and should work with More Personality for Demetrius
- Compatible with Stardew Kids Expanded, including some crossover content
- Will work with any mod that does not change Demetrius's dialogue (specifically: this mod was tested with Stardew Valley Expanded, Ridgeside Village, and East Scarp installed)
- Will work with mods that change the three Demetrius events, but only if you opt out from those events in the config options
Installation:
- Requires Content Patcher version 1.30 or later
- Unzip the file and copy to your Mods folder
