Adds a mermaid statue with Content Patcher.

Replaces the Long Palm with a new mermaid statue in 4 colors, with optional algae, patina, and seasonal overlays.
It's recommended you use CJB Item Spawner to add the Long Palm into your game. It's a mid-late game item, and the only one which was tall enough for the sprite.
Thank you otohimexoxo for encouraging me, and giving the idea to use the statue on the farm! The statue is for an upcoming bathhouse mod, but it's a long way from finished.
