This coincides with DCBurger's portrait mod where you have the option to select a no glasses/no mustache Harvey.
Simply download the file and use it to replace Harvey.xnb under your game file>Content>Characters. BE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL GAME FILE
