I can't seem so make it word sadly, since I don't understand the replacing the accessories.xnb file. If I try to run the game it won't work. What exactly do I have to do step by step?
have you tried the content patcher version that Adilene made? A couple of posts below this one - you should be able to just extract that to your mods folder!

To those of you who are still looking to use this mod despite its lack of update, just download the old XNB file and replace the originaly accessories.xnb with the one provided by this mod. should work fine. if you have get dressed or kieske (however its spelled) just replace the accessories.xnb file in that mods folder instead
