Adds a yellow raincoat and matching gumboots for your farmer to wear on rainy days! You'll get a letter from Pierre on the Spring 2, advertising that he'll be stocking clothes for the rainy day forecast for Spring 3. After that, he'll sell replacement gear on every rainy day.
