I took the scarecrow. I replaced it with Morris' sprite. Have I made a grave mistake? Maybe. Do I regret it? Maybe. Can you also have Morris as a scarecrow? Maybe.

This is just a texture replacer. Download the file, then replace the "Craftables.xnb" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\TileSheets" or wherever your texture files are stored. You should probably also keep a copy of the original "Craftables.xnb" as well, both as backup and because sometimes you might not want a Morris scarecrow. Y'know.
