Sorry for the long delay between updates this time! I just got back in town after a long break so I know I've got some questions to respond to and some fixes to post. I had this guy ready to go beforehand but didn't want to post it until I was available to troubleshoot.
I'm not really able to focus as much on modding these days what with juggling my first OG game, so just trying to get my original mods rolled forward is a handful. The good news is that Elegant Valley (incl reworked Enchanted Manor House) and Breeding Overhaul are both almost done!
Gourmet Valley, Ranch Valley, and Wild Valley (incl the ever-sought Wild Greenhouse Furniture) will take a bit longer but are all at least halfway done.

Replaces the witch's swamp with a greener, more overgrown version alongside some animated critters. Requires Content Patcher.
Rideable Unicorn
A unicorn horse replacement with configurable tack options. Requires Content Patcher. Alternative Textures version also available on 'files' page.

My building/furniture/object reskins don’t show up in game even though I have the right mods installed.
There’s a pretty good chance something else is patching the same sprites and winning the fight. You can use Content Patcher’s terminal commands to quickly find the cause of the problem in most cases, and then disable the conflicting mod or specific patch.
Where do I find the new clothing items? They don't appear at shops.
Correct! You'll need fashion sense's hand mirror to access them instead. Check it out for sale at Pierre's.
How do I change through Alternative Texture skins for an object or building?
You'll want the Paint Bucket, bought from Robin at the Carpenter's.
