Remake of MiniPantsu's Farmhouse Basement Mod for Content Patcher. Adds Basement and Bathroom options to the Renovations menu at the Carpenter's shop.

This mod introduces new Basement and Bathroom renovations to the Renovation menu at the Carpenter's Shop.
The Bathroom includes the following features:
This is a remake of MiniPantsu's Farmhouse Basement Mod, as their version is no longer compatible with the current version of Stardew Valley.
What's Different:
I will not be including a version with the bathroom in the cellar location.
Bathroom textures were created by Prismuth for their Compact Bathroom Mod.

- Basement Renovation: The Basement occupies the same space as the Southern Room and the Cubby. The Basement option will not show up if either the Cubby or the Southern Room is currently added to the farmhouse.
- Bathroom Renovation: The Bathroom shares the space with the Corner Room. The Bathroom option will not show up if the Corner Room is currently added to the farmhouse.
The Bathroom includes the following features:
- A bathtub for recovering energy (like the Spa).
- A radio to play music.
- A mirror to change your character's appearance.
- A toilet you can flush for immersion.
- Customizable walls and flooring.

- The Basement and Bathroom are implemented as additional Renovations instead of replacement maps or overlays for the Farmhouse.
- The Bathroom layout has been redesigned and differs from MiniPantsu's original version.
