Small map edits for improved navigation and decoration.

The Bus Stop has been improved - helpful for players who are compelled to decorate-all-the-things, and casual gamers who hate tripping on rocks.
CHANGES:
- Removed pebbles which obstructed some movement & building
- Shifted the signpost off the path.
- Modified Abigail's schedule to make her less erratic and destructive (Sorry Abby!)
*****VERSION 1.2.0 is compatible with SVE / RSV as it does NOT replace a map. All edits are done with json in Content Patcher.******
- Please note that SVE/RSV NPCs do not have their paths changed at the moment.
