Sam needed a makeover.

So I gave him one! Changes include:

• Outfit change in both portraits and sprites
• A black suit for the Flower Festival
• A haircut to bring him into the last decade
• A bonus portrait for dialog mods
  

This mod will eventually supplement my Sam story overhaul. (10/15/2019 -- This may yet happen. Maybe. But don't wait around.)

I recommend using XNB Loader though it's not required. Updated for Content Patcher.
