So I gave him one! Changes include:

I recommend using XNB Loader though it's not required. Updated for Content Patcher.

- Outfit change in both portraits and sprites
- A black suit for the Flower Festival
- A haircut to bring him into the last decade
- A bonus portrait for dialog mods
