This is a Harvey modification done by me using Paint Tool Sai. The reason why I made this and uploaded it is that I noticed a severe lack of Harvey mods. Those that are out there are basic in nature, changing one feature here and there. I decided to go in a different direction and I have changed his appearance, with the exception of the hair, but his facial expressions too. You will find that he his expressions range from serious to shy in a way, which I believe is different from the normal expressions that Chucklefish set out for each character.
Nevertheless, to go into details...he no longer supports a jacket, suit, and tie, but is dressed in a green turtleneck with a little grey undershirt and a grey pocket hanky. He also has a sprite to match. I only changed his normal attire, just so you know.
I have given permission for others to upload this mod to another site, so long as they give me credit for the creation. If you want to make modifications of your own of it, then feel free to do so, as I will leave that up to you to handle. If you do upload it, then I also want credit for the basis of your work, but not the modifications you have made.
