Adds Starter Kitchen to All farm types (with their respective decor)

Adds small Starter Kitchen to All Farm Types. Includes Sink, Stove and side decor cabinets. Functioning Stove.
All the unique decor and wallpapers/flooring are the same as base game. Single & Multi player
Tested adding Wallpaper & Flooring bought from Pierre's Shop (worked). Not tested from Catalogue.
Kitchen is considered separate room so adding flooring/wall will work on the 3x4 space.
Warning: Not tested with upgraded Farmhouse (I just made this mod and haven't played on it enough)
Known Issues: TV is not usable. Mod required to fix TV.
(Bed was also unusable so I opted to not add it to the initial Furniture spawn, but a default USABLE bed will spawn anyways)
UNKNOWN if my mods are usable with other mods. Works with my Small Forest Farm map.
