Turn large milk into some regular milk, with configurable balance options.

For when you don't need a massive jug of milk for that omelette you're making. Because that would be wasteful.

What it does:
Adds a configurable crafting recipe that unlocks at Farming level 4, which allows you to craft large milk into more regular milk. Works for goat milk as well.
Config Options:
- Can individually select different balance modes for Goat Milk and Cow Milk.
- Recipe Variants:
- Divide: Convert one large milk into two milk.
- Hardwood: Conversion recipe also costs two hardwood. (Default)
- Refined Quartz: Conversion recipe also costs one refined quartz.
- Price Neutral: Convert two large milk into three milks.
- Disabled: Add no crafting recipe.
