A dumb mod to make Pam look like the Final Pam from Polygon's Monster Factory series.
If you have Platonymous's Portraiture mod, the portraits can be used through smapi. The sprites cannot be used through smapi, and must be downloaded as an xnb. The portraits are also available in xnb.

I touched up the portraits, so they have more shadowing and look less flat. Same deal as before, they'll be available as both a SMAPI mod and an xnb file. They're labelled as "V.2".
Also, I am working on Final Pam dialogue. It's pretty rough right now, so I'm still working out the kinks. Once it's polished enough, I'll add it on here.
I also just recently got the bus running in my town; I realized that she looks like the vanilla Pam when she gets on the bus. Sometime soon I plan on editing the bus sprite so that this doesn't happen anymore.

Smapi Instructions:
- Have both smapi and the portraiture mod linked above
- download the SMAPI portrait file
- Unzip the file
- Go to the Stardew Valley main file > mods > portraiture > portraits
- place the png into the portraits file
- in-game, talk to a character and press "P" to change the portrait
xnb instructions:
- Back up your vanilla Stardew Valley files. The files that will be replaced are named "pam" under Stardew Valley > Content > Portraits; and Stardew Valley > Content > Characters. Save the vanilla files somewhere you can easily find them. This is in case something goes wrong, or when you inevitably want the vanilla Pam back
- Download the xnb files for both the portraits and the sprites
- Unzip the files
- Drop the portrait xnb into Stardew Valley > Content > Portraits. Do the same with the sprite xnb, but place it under "characters"
- Let my files override the vanilla files
- Enjoy! Or. Not.
