STardew Overview allow you to take screenshots of any location in the game regularly in order to create a timelapse of this location

Install the GMCM mod (you get the link when downloading this mod
Run the game using SMAPI.
How to use Press K In Game to open the UI and configure your settings. The screenshots are saved in the screenshot directory of the game. Then you can use a video editor to create your timelaps (I use ImageJ to make an avi file from the screenshots separated in a few hundreds files. then I use the vindows video editor to finalize the movie)
Compatibility
Works with Stardew Valley 1.5.6 on Linux(?)/macOS(?)/Windows.
Works in single player, multiplayer, and split-screen mode(?)
