(CP) Pelican Town Obelisk (Buildable fountains)
Originally, we were creating just a buildable fountain for a farm exterior, but since we were going to do this, we also included it as a ”Pelican Town Obelisk”.
It features seasonal appearance and animation.
Currently available in English and Japanese and Chinese.
There are a few conditions that must be met in order for construction to become feasible.

Lewis and Robin's friendship level is 3 or higher.
Once you complete this requirement, you will receive an email, which will appear in Robin's construction menu.

Notes.
Changing settings in-game (during play) may cause unexpected bugs.
Many features are currently limited due to problems with Solid Foundations.
The ability to change building features and construction conditions, primarily through ModConfig is not available.
- Treat same other obelisks
- Remove Build Restrictions
- Free to Build
- Immediate Build Finish
- Warp Front Only
- No Warp Function
Also, "Fountain Appearance" and "Seasonal Appearance" are functional, but if you change this setting, you must quit the game and restart it.
The ModConfig menu says to change the settings in the title, but if I change the settings in the title and play the game as is, the game crashes.
Once you have changed the settings on the title screen, quit the game and restart it again to safely apply the setting changes.
Change of appearance in other mods.
You can also change the appearance of the "Mini Obelisk".
If you use this to change the appearance, the fountain will no longer function as a fountain. (Water supply)
