I've always felt the farming skill was a bit restrictive in how it was levelled, so I threw this together. Basically, watering crops with your watering can will now give you 2 EXP per crop watered, per day. "Pre-watered" crops (i.e. those covered by your sprinklers or rain) will still count towards your experience gain - just water a crop to activate the mod's effect.
UPDATE (13 January 2019): updated for latest version of SMAPI, but no functionality changes have been made; the bugs below still exist from the original release, and I may or may not fix them in future.
Known issues:
- Occasionally, watering a crop STILL does nothing. If so, keep watering the rest of your crops anyway! You'll gain any missing EXP in lieu... eventually.
- Gamepad support STILL isn't implemented yet.
