Not even with credits and/or disclaimer of getting it taken down when the original author asks for it? Because I've seen some mods that converted old and incompatible mods (and sometimes with a bit of update) where they do that when the original author is MIA.
Really sucks tho since Pia was one of the best characters in RF3 and would love to see her in-game.
You have to understand, the people who make those posts do so knowing there's some risk involved. Most people involved in the SDV community are fairly relaxed about things like these, but there's always the chance that someone who's completely MIA could come back, see their work's been reuploaded, and have Nexus go after them. Of course, this also varies by content; mods that are simply text changes or which use existing game sprites are mostly fair game, while mods that have completely unique artwork (such as this one) or which implement their own code (also this one) aren't safe to touch. Of course, if someone were to use the sprites I made, and rebuild the mod from scatch to work with the new NPC framework...well, that wouldn't be a problem anymore, now would it?
That is a fair point. Can't be too careful. I guess in this case, my best action would be learning how to convert it to a compatible version for my personal use as well.
You were given permission, or weren't? If you were, where did you upload it to if not Nexus? I would love to have this mod if possible. If not I understand.

The mod author has not been active anywhere since 2016
And I didn't upload it to nexus.
Many thanks!!!

24 August 2017. I don't think it will happen sadly.
