Dynamically changes giant pumpkins to giant Jack-O-Lanterns

Changes any giant pumpkins on your farm to giant Jack-O-Lanterns in Fall with eyes that light up* at night (configurable). All giant crops are immune to wilting, so they revert to normal pumpkins after fall. With the config options you can ignore either of those rules and set it to either one all the time if desired.
Requires:
*The eyes don't actually emit light or glow, it just changes the graphic. I don't know if it's possible to do that as giant crops are coded very strangely.
