Adds a Scepter to teleport you to Mermaid Island.

This is a secondary, optional travel method to Mermaid island.
Once you install the mod you will get a letter from Linus inviting you to bring him ingredients to make the scepter. He will make it and give you the scepter, the quest log will then be concluded. The scepter will teleport you on the island, behind the house.
Ingredients: Nautilus and Ladyfish (from our More new fish mod) , solar essence, coral, aquamarine (existing game items)
