Lets you place some of the furniture from the base game outside

I love decorating in this game, and I've always found myself wanting to place carpets and couches outside, and I have no clue why we can't. Suuuureee technically they would get soggy in the rain but it's a game so... they won't.
I went ahead and made a good few pieces of the furniture set into a Custom Furniture tilesheet so that you can now place them outside. WOOO Decoration! (I could have probably edited the info with Content Patcher but I am not a big brain modder so you get what you get)
A couple notes:
Due to CF limitations you can't really place the chairs side by side like you can with the normal furniture - it rotates the actual hit box instead of the furniture image itself and I can't really fix that.
Another CF limitation makes it so that sitting on the chairs sideways looks funny so that also doesn't work - but at least you can sit on the forward facing ones!
This is my first mod so I have no clue if I did something wrong, but I tested everything so it should be fine!
If you have any other furniture you want made into outside placeable things that I missed just let me know!
