Hey man, I love this mod and I'm wondering if you plan to update the mod for 1.6? If not, can I update this? Of course I'll cite you as the original developer.
I've increased it to 5 iridium bars and 5 magic bait, and the recipe costs 500000 gold now XD The mods i use make me rich by themselves, so i tend to increase some prices and decrease some spawn rates that'd favor me.
Even in the Better Mixed Seeds mod's config, i disabled some crazy expensive crops, and increase very cheap ones(to like 2.0, and expensive ones with fast growth rate disabled, and expensive ones with slow growth rate to 0.1), and Better Crab Pots has low spawn rates of expensive items, and lots and lots of trash (by adding them again and again, like 10x of each trash item with rate of 9, which is max).
Even i, who plays the game just to try new things out constantly, without the intention of making it a challenge, need SOME limits!
I'm trying to use this with the Automate mod and it doesn't appear to work with it. I also tried to add it into the automate mod's "Customer Connectors" and it didn't change anything. Is there something special I need to do to make it work with it? Thank you. Nevermind, I found the "PFMAutomate" mod and it works perfectly now.
It would be cool if your mod could be combined with this mod and then everything would be automated) I made a mistake, it works with this mod. I just installed 200+ crab traps and it turned out that there was not enough space in one chest, after installing the 2nd I started collecting`

At first I thought "this is kinda cheaty" but then I was like "ahh it made sense"

can you please make a version that add this to qi's walnut room and can only be purchased with Qi gems?
