I really hope you come back and update this mod. It still works for 1.5.4 but I imagine when 1.5.5 comes out it might not work anymore.

I like your fishing and monster mods Breg!
Just wish you could turn up the difficulty on the monster mod. I´m using the Neptunian Sword lv 7 and along with Shoes granting +3 Def my mining level is at 6.
Im still in the First year and even with me going down +lv100 in the mines im only getting damage number between 8-10 , often its just 1 Dmg.

Not sure if i maybe should just disable the hunger mod im using granting def and atk bonus when im full but configured that as well to last very small moment.
it would be already great if i could get hurt rather then just standing in monster party without getting a scratch.

you could put an option to configure the HP, Damage, Speed, Amount of Appearances in%. I like it very much because it seems that difficulty 5 is easy yet. If you can do something to Respect, I really appreciate your mod, it's really cool.

Which weapon do you use and at which mine level are you at the moment?
The first mine levels shouldn't feel a lot different than before, but as soon as you get deeper to the lava mines (level 80+) or to the desert, you will experience the difference in difficulty. If it is still too easy, you can turn off the "limiter" via the config.json file.
I really like your idea. Right now it is not possible to add a percentage option via Content Patcher. But I'm thinking about kind of an adaptive "boost" option for low level monsters. This could avoid one hit smashes and a boring end game. My intention is always to have a game flow, so I'd rather push the low level monsters than making the high level monsters too overpowered.

if it can not do in% that it is increasing the defense or HP, because if too increase the damage of them can give Hit Kill in the players. I use the Galaxy Sword and I already have the limiter turned off. Interesting would be some member of the community make new mobs for the game because there would have a greater variety and more fun.

      Dear chleiya,
Bregs Monsters uses a config.json file and creates a content.json file on startup for your personal configuration. These file structures require at least the Content Patcher version 1.3. Since it is known that Stardew Valley is in beta for the upcoming 1.3 Multiplayer version, therefore Content Patcher version 1.4 is needed. I also recommend to always use the latest version for bugfixes. As a result there won't be a version of Bregs Monsters for a lower version of the Content Patcher, sorry.

To all players who don't use the beta version of SDV: please download Bregs Monsters version 1.1. It is not configurable at all, but uses the "hard" settings to make monsters a bit more difficult and more fun at the mines.
