Sunny Crops was my old project from last year whose goal was to make your crops and other plants more cheerful. After some months playing with Aseprite (an amazing pixel art tool), I managed to expand that dream and resprite over 608 in-game items - geez - just to upload a really big texture pack for all the players! So this is kinda the "DLC" of everything, and I hope you like using it in your playthrough :)

Vanilla Tweaks comes with everything from Sunny Crops and of course, lots of more item resprites. The concept of the art is to reuse the existing colors of these items and redesign everything with the same palettes. From the version 1.1.0 (this new one), I've added the rest of the sprites I've been working on, so the mod feels a bit more complete and not off - still incomplete tho ^^''.

By the way, you can see most of them in the preview pictures at the begining of the mod page, just keep reading to find out more about of what this texture pack does :D.

Vanilla Tweaks brings a cool feature for your seeds: seasonal changes. It was previously requested by some players, so they can easily identify which seeds can be planted on their actual gameplay seasons. They come in 5 different color tones, and they apply based on the season as well.

Vanilla
is the default seed bag color, meant to give all seed bags a uniform color. Seasonal restrictions still apply!  When you have 'Seasonal Seed Bags' option enabled, you'll see the bags change to Green for spring seeds, Pink for summer, Orange for fall, and you know what? Blue for winter, even though winter doesn't have much to plant!
* To enable seasonal seed bags, you have to mark "Seasonal Seed Bags" as "true" in your config file.

Like the vanilla sunflower but want the VT seed bags? You can do that! The config is fully modular to account for whatever players desire. Everything in Vanilla Tweaks can be enabled or disabled.

A small selection of crops and their growth stage sprites were touched by me, so they could fit the mod artstyle - in your inventory ofc - or just to help you with a better visibility overhaul while playing. There's no plan to fully redesign all the stages, just a few tweaks! I find the vanilla ones very good already, but I can make more later.
* The crops with new visuals are: Ancient Fruit, Cactus, Fairy Rose, Qi Fruit, Pineapple, Pumpkin, Rhubarb, Summer Spangle, Sunflower, Sweet Gem Berry and Tulip!

**sigh** After a long time fighting (with myself) to keep my old art alive, I decided to bring it back from Sunny Crops and put it together with this mod, all in one. Not because I like it, 'cause I don't, but because I know there are old users who still like them, and maybe if someone new likes any old designs and wants to use them, they'll be able to do that.
* You can enable/disable the textures in the config file. Select either VanillaTweaks or SunnyCrops style, not both;
* Only crops, forage, and their seeds are affected. Crops and forage can be selected individually, but all seeds will use the same style. Reminder that these sprites are from last year - 2021;
* Thanks to my friends I've been able to make this decision.

Vanilla Tweaks woudn't exist without my friends help and the Stardew Community. Seeing how far I've come with art makes me really proud.

* A big and special thanks firstly to Lani. She's the person that made all the mod codes at the beginning of this 'project', and did an amazing job at it. Even though she is no longer participating, I must thank her immensely for everything she has done.
* Second, to Airyn who joined now and wrote the rest of the codes for me in a very short time, and encouraged me through it! He´s also an amazing artist and a very good friend :3

A special mention to Bblueberry, because this mod page and it's edits were made inspired by her work, from the 'The Love of Cooking' mod. All credit goes to her <3.

And finally, a 'special special' thanks to the artists Reff SQ, Achi, Imvested, Stitch, Lux and their works as well, that inspired me and served as reference. You guys are incredible :).
