A complete overhaul of Clint, taking a simple blacksmith and fleshing him out to being a well rounded character.

Tired of Clint just being an NPC? Do you want him to become his own, fully fleshed out character? Then look no further!
The Clint Narrative Overhaul takes Clint, the Blacksmith of Pelican Town, and gives him dreams, passions, and personality.
That's over 180+ lines of unique dialogue! That's new lines for every day, season, and heart level!
He struggles with depression, he loves crushing those geodes, and eventually, shares with you his past. The goal was to create a character worth building a relationship with, and talking to, over and over again.
There's also alternate lines for if you married his crush, Emily!
I've applied my narrative design philosophy to make becoming friends with Clint a worthwhile experience. He is not romance-able, however.
1.3 And Beyond
With 1.3, the way .xnb files are found has been changed! In order to use my mods, you must
use the versatile and friendly Content Patcher.
How to install Content Patcher and the Mods:
A bit more complicated versus what it was before, but at least it will be possible!
For the Content Patcher version of this mod, download the 1.3 Multiplayer Patch Version of this mod!
(The latest versions of the mod files, uploaded 6/6/18, are the official versions, with the most up to date patches.)
PRE 1.3:
(THE BELOW WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE THE MOST UP TO DATE VERSION OF STARDEW
VALLEY. See the "1.3 and Beyond" section above if you have the most
recent patch (1.3 Multiplayer)
How to install:
Incredibly simple:
1. Download and Unzip the XNB file.
2. Go to where you installed Stardew Valley.
3. Go to Stardew Valley\Content\Characters\Dialogue
4. Move the XNB file over and overwrite the old one.
5. You're done!
This mod is Rated E, and uses no Gender Pronouns for your player character.
Version 1.1 Available Now!
Patch Notes:
-Fixed spelling errors.
-Changed all his endings to be different for each day of the week, with special endings for each day at the tenth heart level.
-Added a new dialogue for if the player married Emily.
This mod is now available in French by the great Bi-chan!!
Just download the file and move it over to your game to have Clint speak french! (Hopefully the French version of the game comes soon!)
Perfect 10 Edition Extra File:
❤For people who got Clint's Heart Level to 10!❤
A best of mix of all the dialogue from this mod for every day of every season. This is for people who have had Clint at heart level 10 for awhile, or got tired of what he says at level 10 with the N.O.
With this, you'll see dialogue you may have missed, and he'll have something different to say the whole year long!
The install instructions are the same as above, however, the perfect 10 edition overwrites the previous mod! Which is okay if he's at Heart Level 10.
