The mod has several options, designed for mods that allow you to have more than one cat in your farm, if you do not have this type of mods, only modify the first variant.
Mod Options: I recommend using the Mod: "Generic Mod Config Menu". To read what each option does from this menu Some options have the variable "Random" which allows you to change the object placed on your cat automatically every day. Cats don't have eyes...
