Allows for Community Center deposits from anywhere

Changes the Community Center that can be found through the player inventory to allow for item deposits.
Be careful when opening up the menu as it now warps you to the community center. For example: if you are in the mines it will return you to the level you were on, but the level itself will be reset. Warping can be turned off in the config file, however, this will allow the game to softlock if you don't complete a bundle that rewards you with a star inside of the community center.
To install drag and drop the folder inside of the .zip into your mods folder.
