So, I made a rookie mistake. 

The only way I am aware that I can get my Nexus update code for my mod is to publish it. So I did. Now I have to update already to add the code in. 

I think I could have published it hidden, gotten the code, replaced the file, and then published it to the world.

Live and learn.

Hopefully, the handful of people who already downloaded it will find the updates.

Excited to get all the mostly made wallpapers added soon.
