Adds more storm types: acid, ash, glowing rain, lava, sand, and snow. Liquid storms deposit appropriate liquids; solid storms deposit solid tiles that behave like sand. Also adds a lava rain (non-storm).

Pro-tip: Don't be caught outside during a lava storm.

Includes my Glowing Rain Color Variations mod (http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/glowing-rain-color-variations.1543/) with storms for all five colors and multi-color.

Compatibility Notes:

This modifies the surface biome files, meaning:
1. The effects will not be visible on previously visited worlds.
2. This is incompatible with other mods that edit the same files.

This modifies liquids.config, and is incompatible with other mods that edit that same file.

This uses material IDs 200 and 201, and is incompatible with other mods that use these same IDs.
