Most potent legendary tier 5 extract containers when placed are leaking their effects in to surrounding areas, radiating glow, breath and cold protection areas around them.
10 different effects, 5 tiers, 90 craftable stims with over 250 recipes in total. There is no questline yet (will be added eventually after patch), so be sure to check readme.txt for instructions.
