About this mod
Reduces the amount of time you must hold your mouse over an item in the inventory before the description appears.

Was looking for a mod myself, found this post on Reddit talking about the issue so all credit to that fellow. Changes the amount of time your mouse must hover over an item in the inventory before a tooltip shows up. By default I made it instant (0).
What it does: Modifies the actor_menu_item.xml and actor_menu_item_16.xml files in the gamedata/configs/ui/ folder. Changes the "delay" attribute on the "main_frame" element in both files. You can do this manually if you have another mod that overrides these files or want a different value. The game's original value is set to 810 for reference.
To install: drop the gamedata folder in your main Clear Sky install directory.
