Real Weapon Names Call of Pripyat (ENG) (1.0)

    Last Update: 20 Apr 2016
    Author: MattyDienhoff

This is a simple mod, one which I looked for but couldn't find, so I made it myself. Using the officially English-translated text files from 1.6.0.2 as a base, I changed all of the weapons' inventory names and descriptions to their real designations, and also made the same changes to all of the references to specific weapons I could find in the NPC dialogue and loading screen tips.

Makes the zone a much tougher place! Features: -A better economy, money is meaningful now! -Make enemies of your friends! Now when you get a particular achievement (like One of Us), your standing is adjusted like the description says (so bandits are now hostile throughout the zone). -Lowered effectiveness of health items, now you can't chain chug them to keep yourself up in a firefight! -Anomalies and radiation are more dangerous across the board! -Enemies drop much, much fewer health related items, medical supplies on traders actually get bought now! -Enemies can see you from farther away now, some are tougher, and some are faster! -Armor re-balance, doubled the costs and they provide much less anomalous protection. See readme for full list of changes. Requires a new game.

Stalker C.O.P. all armed to the teeth mod - Stalker and bandit squads at Zaton have the most powerful weapons and armor in the game. - The spawn frequency and number of squads has been increased too. - The player have 2.500.000 RU to spend. - Sway effect when aiming have been added. - Beard, The Barkeeper at Skadovsk sells almost everything, including Gauss Rifle, special weapons and artifacts. (Based on "Beard the Trader" mod) - It will also enable all mechanics to make all upgrades without any tools or restrictions. (credits to [email protected]) It is funny to watch fully equipped squads fighting between them or against you. Stalkers use mostly special Groza fully upgraded assault rifles with armor piercing rounds and F1 grenades. Bandits use mostly special SIG 550 fully upgraded assault rifles with armor piercing rounds and F1 grenades. Both groups use fully upgraded EXO skeletons, and in some cases special PK fully upgraded machine guns and Gauss guns. No modifications has been done to the original AI behavior, physics or ballistics. I think the Vanilla version has the best balance in this aspects. Spanish: Stalker C.O.P.

This is a pretty simple cheat mod, meant for the most part as a "god mode" cheat. Anyone who wishes to test certain aspects of the game, possibly testing/creating mods or just in general fooling around in-game, and not have to be constantly on your toes for a mutant attack or something this is the mod for you! Features are as follows: -Starts a new game with a super modified leather jacket(!) "armor", that is essentially bulletproof. If you stand up to a guy as he loads shotgun blast after shotgun blast at you for awhile, you will notice your health going down a bit... -Starts a new game with a godlike artifact that does everything good in a big way, including healing, and reduces everything bad in a big way. Combine with the above and you are basically invincible... -Starts a new game with a modified FN2000, with 999 ammo clip and an insanely powerful impact. You can use this to play with the physics in the game as well... -Starts a new game with 250000 credits. (Not that you will need it...)

  • Shadow of Pripyat (v0.9a)

    Shadow of Pripyat (v0.9a)

    Last Update: 20 Apr 2016
    Author: Kellervo713

A small, compact modification to Call of Pripyat, which adds just over 20 unique weapons (akin to the unique weapons present throughout Shadow of Chernobyl, and Clear Sky to a lesser extent) and re-enables most of the faction armor - on top of which adding some content from Clear Sky, such as the CS-1 Body Armor. Unlike most modifications which seek to rebuild the game from the ground up, Shadow is meant to add a subtle twist to the game. Visually, there is little to no change, but on a gameplay level, most special characters become much more challenging fights and it adds a certain level of difficulty to otherwise easy fights. As it began with artifact modification in mind, it also ups the prices for most artifacts, while making them suitably more effective - there's more incentive to both sell and keep artifacts, resulting in some hard choices - especially as faction outfits often sacrifice protection for artifact containers, and vice versa. This mod has been tested for compatibility with: - Call of Pripyat Variation Mod (0.3) - works fine, stable, but some unique weapons may not spawn. - Call of Pripyat Atmosfear - works fine, no conflicts. I currently would not encourage using it alongside SMRTR Pripyat for stability reasons.

    Dade's CoP Mod (1.1)

    Last Update: 20 Apr 2016
    Author: Dade88

This modification attempts to provide a new level of intensity, while emphasizing aspects of realism. In this second release, it has been a big rework in the economic system of the game, trying relating prices with law of supply and demand (for example, soviet weapons are cheaper), plus the market has been opened to extend trading with stalkers and traders; be careful with ratios (some will pay more for certain products than others). In addition to realism, max weight has been set up to 25 Kg (after 30 you wont be able to walk); although weight of all objects has been reviewed to lower numbers. If your intention is to collect goods in the Zone, you can still use the bandits lite outfit (1kg & able to carry 5 artifacts) or the exoskeleton which will increase your charge capacity to 300 Kg. Also, protection versus radiation and chemical burn have been deleted from default protections (except with the scientific outfits). I have also included the fancy Predator Night Vision from the mod made by Dark Trinity, Night Vision Variations. Definitely, you will need to use all the catalog of drugs and antibiotics from now on. Happy hardcore gaming! Some things you'll notice, emphasizing this goal, is the minimalistic HUD interface. The field of vision, and general awareness of mutated creatures has been modified to better reflect your own perceptions, leading to more intensity in open areas. Their immunities have been modified in tandem with such changes. This modification incorporates works from other authors, including aesthetic and audible enhancements, as well as weapon parameters developed in order to accurately reflect their real life counterparts, such as higher accuracy and damage variables. Plans for future versions of this modification are subject to change given the realm of plausibility for completion, and desire given. Collaboration with others is welcome. Suggestions, bug-reports, and various other requests and inquiries should be fielded here: http://stalkerhispano.com/foros/viewtopic.php?f=140&t=48279
