Usage Instructions
1. Launch the Application
  • Automatic Detection: Upon opening, the application will attempt to automatically detect the location of your GameUserSettings.ini and Engine.ini files.
  • Manual Selection: If automatic detection fails, use the Browse button to manually select the configuration folder.
2. Customize Settings
a. Select Settings Categories
  • Check or uncheck the boxes corresponding to the settings you wish to modify.
b. Enter Hardware Specifications
  • VRAM Size (GB): Input your system's VRAM size to optimize texture streaming settings.
  • Max Refresh Rate (Hz): Set your monitor's maximum refresh rate to tailor frame rate limits.
  • VRR Enabled: Check this box if your monitor supports Variable Refresh Rate for smoother visuals.
3. Apply Changes
  • Click on Apply Changes to implement the selected optimizations.
  • The application will backup your original configuration files before making any modifications.
  • A success message will appear upon successful application of settings.
4. Rollback Changes
  • If you encounter any issues or wish to revert to the original settings, click on Rollback Changes.
  • The application will restore the configuration files from the backups.
Settings Overview
  • Graphics Quality Settings
    • Optimize performance by lowering graphics options.
    • Reduces resolution quality, shadows, reflections, textures, and other visual effects to enhance FPS.
  • Disable Ray Tracing and Advanced Lighting
    • Turn off RTX Ray Tracing and Lumen for better FPS.
    • Disables realistic lighting, reflections, and global illumination to free up GPU resources.
  • Disable Post-Processing Effects
    • Remove additional visual effects to improve performance.
    • Turns off bloom, lens flare, motion blur, depth of field, and other post-processing features.
  • Resolution and Frame Rate Settings
    • Set custom resolution and limit maximum FPS.
    • Adjusts screen resolution and caps FPS to match your monitor’s refresh rate for smoother gameplay.
  • Input Settings
    • Enhance control responsiveness by adjusting input options.
    • Disables mouse smoothing and acceleration for more precise and immediate mouse movements.
  • Engine Optimization Settings
    • Improve engine efficiency with multi-threading and async processes.
    • Enables multi-threaded shader compilation and asynchronous tasks to better utilize CPU and GPU.
  • Texture Streaming Settings
    • Manage VRAM usage by adjusting texture streaming parameters.
    • Sets texture pool size based on your GPU’s VRAM to optimize performance and prevent stutters.
  • Logging and Crash Report Settings
    • Reduce background processing by limiting logs and crash reports.
    • Suppresses unnecessary in-game logs and disables automatic crash report uploads to save resources.
  • Disable Frame Rate Smoothing
    • Allow natural FPS fluctuations by turning off frame rate smoothing.
    • Removes artificial FPS caps, enabling higher and more variable frame rates for potentially smoother gameplay.
