Update: With about 10 hours of additional work I've composed the 4x zoom full map from 154 screenshots but it's too large to upload here. It's 17,197 x 14,918px and almost 19mb in jpg form. It offers a lot more detail than the 3x map. Please email me at this username at gmail and I'll provide a link to it from my Google drive.
Update 2, Jan 4, 2025: With about 30 hours of additional work I've composed the 5x zoom full map from about 700 screenshots. I'd say it is the rough equivalent of 10cm satellite imagery. Measuring 38,644 x 34,648px, the 85% quality JPG comes in at about 162mb and takes almost 2 minutes to open on my pretty fast system. I want to give credit to the screen capture utility that I use for this sort of project. It's called FastStone Capture and it has a feature that autosaves screenshots straight to a folder with no delay between shots. Among other great features, you can set it up to take fixed-size shots of the exact rectangle you need, over and over.
I also made use of IrfanView for some of the cropping. Once I had all the shots taken and cropped, GIMP was the main workhorse for the final product.
