Toby Sanford gave me permission to upscale his 60 fps cutscenes.
If anyone wants to make them better by editing them, feel free to do so, just let me and Toby know before hand on this mod page or the Spyro modding Discord, since he made the 60 fps cutscenes. tiny objects in the background and dof effetcs can look kida weird sometimes.
Intros and outros from Spyro 2 and cutscenes from Spyro 3 are being worked on.
