A pre-unpacked version of the Blacklist INI UMD for easy access and modding of game files.

Edit whatever you'd like and place the newly edited file in:
*GAME INSTALL DIRECTORY"\src\SYSTEM
Some notes:
PEC.ini
-This defines a lot of the in-game models and what assets they use. You can use this to swap around how things look, like the mask mod and Nanofiber mods I uploaded.
armorpartlibrary.ini
-Holds info/stats on all the armor pieces, but editing this doesn't seem to effect much in-game.
