Allows player to use 'Execute' in the Perfectionist difficulty.

Allows player to use 'Execute' in the Perfectionist difficulty.
Sets execution to work the same as it does in the Realistic difficulty (gauge fills slower than easy/normal mode).
This is a very simple ini edit, but I am publishing it because I didn't know it was possible to reenable Execution mechanics until I took a look around in the
game files.
Installation:
Drop contents of the zip folder to the main Blacklist folder
OR
drop 'difficultyconfiguration.ini' in '~Blacklist root folder~/src/SYSTEM'
