Makes any custom wizard start with pages 1-3 of all spell schools, including Occultism.

Inspired by "Start with pages 1-3 for all spell schools" (https://www.nexusmods.com/spellforceconquestofeo/mods/27) but updated for the DLC and cleaned up some.
You will still only get the starting spell of your primary school as already researched
If you specialize (take the same school as both primary and secondary) you will get pages 1-4 of that school.
This will work on both standard and custom wizards.
Based on my own observations and a user comment, I think this is a little too much, and I plan to do a different mod that doesn't give quite so many pages. Stay tuned for that one.
