Enables the developer console for easier modding or cheating.
* Copy the "config.xml" into your Spellforce CoE root directory (NOT mod content folder!).
* Ingame, depending on your keyboard/language, press the "^" or "\" button to toggle the developer menu with loads of options to influence and inspect the game.
Doesn't mess with game files at all, so works with any version and can be added and removed freely.
