It's just a cosmetic change. The change is only from the client's side (yours). Compatible with multiplayer.
Unfortunately, there are not many texture options for helmets, so a lot of things are repeated.
INSTALLATION:
1) Go to the game directory
[installation location of game]\steamapps\common\Space Hulk Deathwing - Enhanced Edition\SpaceHulkGame\Content\Paks
or to quickly find the installation location of your game, go to the Steam Library. Open the Deathwing - Enhanced Edition game page. Right-click on the name to open "properties" or on the gear next to the play button. Go to the installed files tab, then click browse
2) Create in folder Paks new folder, and name it ~mods
Now the final path should look like this:
\SpaceHulkGame\Content\Paks\~mods
3) upload the mod-files with the .pak extension to the ~mods folder.). Sample mod-file "100-MODNAME_P"
