New storage built into walls and floor, and enable lockers.
This is a quality of life mod mostly for saving space and logistics.
Updated for 0.18.x
The existing decorative locker and refrigerator prop are given storage ability.
Nothing else is changed about them, including cost.
They remain in the Decorations menu for now, but may be moved in the future.
Wall Storage has small capacity, and is good for specialized locations with specific needs.
Hull Storage in the floor has the capacity of Large Storage but only takes two tiles.
Both require construction skill of 3, more resources than their counterparts, and researching Industry 2.
Capacities are configurable in modloader.
