   I know this is somewhat necro'd now, but for anyone still struggling with this, the path in the haven file has probably changed since this was written. Here's an update to make it work:
   
   <Patch>
<!--scrap to hull block-->
    <Operation Class="AttributeSet">
<xpath>/data/Product/product[@eid="1887"]/products/l</xpath>
<attribute>produceEvery</attribute>
<value>1</value>
    </Operation>
</Patch>

   Paste that into the xml file and save over the old one, it should work again.
