New structure with combined gas scrubber, O2 generator, water condensor, heater, and power node.
Cost is the same as all those structures combined.
Noise and ugliness are the same as those combined, while it's running.

This is primarily a space saver and convenience structure, since I tend to put those together.

The structure is new, but the graphics all exist in the base game.
It took me two full days to get the graphics right and make this structure work properly.

TODO:
Get the heater and power node adjustment bars to share the screen.
