Blue print for a lightly armed transport, has decorated interior. Has a small hangar for constructor or drill ship, with entry from the bottom. Capable of being built on servers that have required pcu limit. Not sure on all the DLC involved. Place folder from zip in your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints\local folder.
