ABOUT THE MOD:
This mod replaces over 200 lines of chatter and battle grunts. It includes subtitles that have been changed to the new dialogue, have improved volume, match the original intent and provide lore-friendly encounters against specific opponents.
The goal of this mod is to bring back as much of Cynthia Holloway's performance as Taki from SC4 and LS as humanly possible, seeing that her performance in SC6 has been the target of heavy criticism (especially that K.O. scream). The studio already recycled a ton of material from past games, so I restored what was left and addressed the new material. She sounds nowhere as jarring now and I've also toned down some of the repetition since she had several variations of "Begone!" in her kit.
This mod is compatible with Vodkaverse.
HOW TO INSTALL:
In order to install this mod, you must create a folder called "~mods" located in STEAM/steamapps/common/SoulcaliburVI/Content/Paks and place the file in that folder you just created. You can then create sub-folders to organize your stuff better. To uninstall the mod, simply
delete the file in question.
